Tuition

We are an independent private school, and as such we are not currently accepting CCA but are willing to work with families to ensure their students are receiving the education they deserve without causing a financial hardship.

Standard tuition as of August 1st 2023 is $1750 a month. We do have a limited amount of needs based scholarships for families that cannot afford the full tuition as we believe that every child deserves a chance to succeed. Many families are left with no choice other than public schools or childcare that is less than ideal. The cost of tuition should never prevent a child from the education they deserve. Every family's tuition is based on their finances so their is no stigma for children whose families receive tuition assistance.

Tuition includes: Everything required for the students care and education.  You only need to supply any medication or assistive devices they may need. (including but not limited to wheelchairs, afo's and things of that nature)

  • full time care ( maximum 210 hours a month)
  • all meals and snacks ( except prescription products and infant formula/ breast milk)
  • all needed curriculum and supplies
  • all field trips
  • transportation if needed
  • cloth diapers and wipes while they are in our care (parents may send disposable diapering products if they wish)

Ratios: we often have 1:1 ratios, and age groups may be mixed for some activities, but we always at least meet the following:     If a learner's needs dictate a smaller ratio then we will ensure that those needs are met.

  • Birth-2years is 1:1 with 1 teacher and 1 helper per 2 emerging learners
  • 2 years -preschool is 1:2 with 1 teacher and 1 helper per 4 exploring learners
  • Preschool-Kindergarten 1:2 with 1 teacher and 2 helpers per 6 early learners
  • 1st grade- Independent learners  1:3 with 1 teacher and 1 helper per 6 Intermediate learners
  • Independent learners 2:5 with  1 teacher and 1 helper per 5 Independent learners
